Vito Micoli

Vito is a business economist, trustee and entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience. After his training as a fiduciary, accountant, auditor and tax and management consultant and while undergoing further training, he worked for medium-sized fiduciary companies in Switzerland as a client manager, from 1980 to 1985.

From 1985 to 1987, Vito Micoli was CFO of a medium-sized Swiss industrial company, where he was responsible for finances and also for the initial introduction of IT, including the implementation of production and formulation software for the production facilities. Vito became an independent entrepreneur in 1987. During this time, he managed and supported various companies.

In his fiduciary company, he has managed important mandates, such as helping to set up and organise the accounting structure and reporting of “Swissgrid” (www.swissgrid.ch), the national electricity grid operator in Switzerland, as well as working on behalf of the Swiss Confederation, namely the mandate for the complete accounting, project accounting, salaries, payment transactions, budget and taxes of the “Swiss Foundation for Mine Action FSD” (www.fsd.ch).

Another important client was “Churrasco Steakhouse AG”, with 16 restaurants throughout Switzerland. He supported the company until the owners had sold all the restaurants.

Vito is a passionate entrepreneur. His core competencies lie in the areas of international corporate structuring, corporate and organisational consulting, accounting, tax and auditing, financial structures, valuation of companies and company assets, contribution of company assets for the purpose of financial structuring and all related matters: the creation, brokerage and distribution of trading and investment ideas and consulting in that context; negotiations with a high-level, international clientele (institutional and private clients).

In addition to his operational activities in companies in which he holds a stake, he also acts as a consultant and board member in various other companies.
